MARKS & Spencer is launching its summer beauty bag tomorrow – with luxury products valued at around £125 – for just £20.
MoneySavingExpert’s Martin Lewis said shoppers can snap up the make-up deal, which includes products from Nails Inc, L’Occitane and Aveda, from tomorrow.
Marks & Spencer Beauty Box, from £20 – buy here
But to get the offer you first need to spend £30 on clothes, beauty or homeware in store or online, and add the £20 beauty gift to your basket.
There is no time limit on the deal, but last year the bargain beauty haul sold out in a matter of days.
M&S, which today announced 30 more permanent store closures, said the make-up bag will include 11 products, including five full-size items.
The supermarket had valued the products at £145, but Lewis said the items could be bought separately elsewhere for around £125.
What’s in the bag?
M&S’ summer beauty bag contains 11 luxury make-up and skincare products including…
- Origins Ginzing Refreshing Eye Cream – full size
- Aveda Botanical Bond Repair Treatment – full size
- Emma Hardie Protect Prime SPF30 – sample
- L’Occitane Almond Shower Oil – sample
- Nails Inc Watermelon Pink Polish – full size
- Nuxe Huile Prodigieuse Oil – sample
- Colorwow Raise The Root – sample
- Ren Overnight Dark Spot Cream – sample
- Formula Glow Resurfacing Mask – full size
- Autograph Clear Lip Gloss – full size
- M&S Makeup Bag
You can buy it here.
For example, Aveda’s Botanical Bond Repair Treatment costs £28 from M&S, but can be found for £22.40 at Lookfantastic.com – a saving of £5.60.
And Origin’s Ginzing Refreshing Eye Cream is on sale for £19.60 at the same site, but is £22 when bought individually from M&S.
You should also keep in mind that you’re only really making a saving if you were planning on making a purchase anyway.
Plus, before you part ways with your cash, it’s worth checking if you can find the items you’re interested in at a cheaper price elsewhere.
The bag will be available online and in stores from Thursday and you can search the product code T31/4545A.
M&S branches will display the bags around stores – including in the beauty section and near checkouts.
Once you have added your £30 of other M&S items to your online shopping basket the beauty bag discount will be applied.
Deliveries of £50 or more are free – meaning you won’t pay extra if you choose to shop online.
Customers can also select the click-and-collect option free of charge.
You can find your nearest M&S store using the retailer’s branch locator.
