Sandown’s card is not to be missed and I reckon team Skelton will be celebrating another Grade 1 thanks to Shan Blue.

He should take the Scilly Isles but it’s in the rescheduled Cotswold Chase where we find my NAP.

The Colin Tizzard stable enjoyed their first winner in over 40 days at Wincanton on Thursday.

After a dreary spell that’s a good sign and former Gold Cup hero Native River looks a proper bet in the Cotswold.

It’s going to be a serious slog and he will love every minute of it in the mud.
