SHOPPERS eyeing up Aldi’s giant hanging egg chair could be in luck this weekend as the supermarket will restock the fan favourite.
The sell-out garden seat – similar to the one owned by Mrs Hinch – will be back by popular demand this weekend.
It will be available to pre-order online for £249.99 from Sunday, August 15 and it won’t be sold in stores.
Shoppers hoping to finally get their hands on the chair will have to move fast on Sunday morning as it has repeatedly sold out.
The chair last went on sale on July 18 and was gone “within minutes” after launching online at 8am.
There was a virtual queue to access Aldi’s website when the Specialbuy relaunched online last month due to an influx of eager shoppers.
But it quickly sold out, with some shoppers taking to social media to vent their frustration.
One bargain hunter said the chair “sold out in one minute”, with another adding that they were unable to purchase the item despite being “on the site at 8:02”.
Aldi’s original smaller chair has sold out in record time more than once, and the larger version flew off the shelves when it launched in June.
The chairs soared in popularity after influencer Mrs Hinch shared a snap of her B&M version on Instagram.
If you can’t wait until Sunday, or you don’t want to risk losing out, you can find similar chairs elsewhere online.
It’s always best to compare prices online before you make a purchase anyway, as you might be able to find a cheaper deal.
Studio is selling this hanging egg chair for £199 – and it’s still in stock.
If you’re in a hurry, and don’t mind spending a bit more, you can find a range of copycat chairs on eBay – like this one for £359.
